    long-term clients
      We charge by hour in accordance with actual consumed hours per month. The
      standard of charges per hour is accounted by the client’s total assets.
    For Other Special Business (including but not only auditing, capital assessment,
      agency, etc.)
         We charge in the light of the combination of the risk, nature, quality needs, work
       condition & time and staffs’ special knowledge and experience

    Service time determination  

     For Long-term Clients
      When providing long-term clients with the in-depth consultation, what is to say, when
      we give a consultation advice paper, we take actual consumed consultation time into
      account. As long as the fixed service time, in advance negotiated about and agreed
      upon, is not exceeded yet, we don’t charge an extra consultation service fee.

   Occasional clients   
      When providing occasional client with the in-depth consultation, and in case that this
      consultation occupies too much of our time and causes necessary cost to us, we
      will charge a consultation service fee according to the standards of our firm. Special
      notice should be given to the fact that usually, when having consulting contacts, we
      can excuse clients from the consultation service fee.
