The determination of charges

The price of the charge

The quotation of the perennial financial consultant fees--- We will determine the hourly fee standard per unit and the amount of monthly consultant service time according to the total amount of customer assets, and charge the fees according to the total monthly service time.
Other special business (including but not limited to audit, capital verification, agency and other business, etc.) costs quotation--- Other special business services We will charge service fees according to the responsibility, complexity, quality requirements, required working conditions, working hours and professional knowledge and work experience invested by the staff.

Confirmation of the financial consulting service time：

Consultant Client:
In accordance with the signing of the "perennial accounting consultant contract" agreed fixed rate for the essence of the contact detailed consultation answers, we will calculate the service time; If the previously agreed monthly consultant service time limit is not exceeded, We will not charge additional consulting fees.
Non-consultant clients:
For detailed consultation answers for non-consultant clients, if too much to occupy our time and we generate the necessary costs, we will charge the consulting service according to our fee standard. It should be particularly noted that for general types of consultation liaison, we are exempted from consulting service fees within an acceptable and reasonable cost.

We will request the customer to provide the following information before or during the transaction:

1. According to the requirements of customers, the basic nature of the affairs and the determination of the professional expertise of our staff

2. We organize relevant professional certified public accountants to hold analysis meetings on relevant affairs, carefully judge the fundamental nature of the affairs, and determine the detailed operational outline / process / plan of the affairs.

3. Meet with customers and relevant subjects, fully understand the wishes of customers and relevant subjects, conduct detailed and professional financial analysis, determine specific transaction handling and operation plans, and take all possible measures to safeguard the legitimate interests of customers.

4. According to the actual situation, make relevant financial consulting opinions in time, submit them to customers and relevant subjects after the review by at least two certified public accountants, and explain according to needs.

5. Keep close contact and communication with customers and relevant subjects through various ways, and try our best to take various legal measures to make the interests of customers understood and recognized by the financial department / tax department / foreign exchange administration department and other relevant subjects.

Transaction summary stage

After the overall processing of the transaction or during the phased transaction, the firm usually conducts the following activities according to the requirements of the customer and the nature of the transaction.

1. Provide written or oral consulting affairs or other special transaction (including audit, capital verification, verification and other affairs) professional reports to customers.

2. Check with the customer the completion degree of the objectives of consulting affairs or other special affairs (including audit, capital verification, verification and other affairs).
